With over 29 years experience as a fire officer including a comprehensive knowledge in fire safety and a member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers. Our consultants are both highly qualified to (GRADIFireE) including (NEBOSH) and members of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (MIFSM). There is growing concern within the fire safety industry regarding passive fire compartments within buildings. Firesafetyuk specialise in surveys of passive fire compartment lines with a view to providing validation of the construction from basic wall construction, to fire sealing of service penetrations through walls and floors. We include the surveying of fire doors and the systems used to provide the fire seals to building perimeters including cladding. We currently work for a number high profile clients and are often called on to provide evidence of compliance to satisfy the concerns of the Fire Rescue Services along with adjudication processes.
We believe in providing far more than fire safety risk assessments. With emergency plans and evacuation procedures including, Peeps and Hot works procedures. In addition we will provide advice on CDM [Construction Design Management Regulations] legal requirements, fire engineering solutions and CAD drawings. We provide as you can see the full fire safety service. We also have devised a specific training course for Block Managers and also work within the construction industry. The course cover fire safety regarding sleeping accommodation, compartmentation, fire doors, signage, fire extinguishers, fire alarms together with covering aspects of Approved Document B of the Building Regulations; entitled “Fire Safety”.
We have directed and produced a film on fire doors which received CPD accreditation and also accredited by NFCC National Fire Chiefs Council. We offer comprehensive fire training solutions, in addition to the above, to suit your requirements including on site training in Fire Awareness, Fire Marshall/Warden and where required, practical fire extinguisher training. All participants receive certification on the completion of the course. We give full assistance 24 hours a day and weekends to support your needs.
WHAT WE DO
Fire Training Courses
We provide specific training courses for Block Managers and workers within the construction industry. The courses cover fire safety in sleeping accommodation, compartmentation, fire doors, signage, fire extinguishers, fire alarms together with covering aspects of Approved Document B of the Building Regulations; entitled “Fire Safety”.
We have directed and produced a film on fire doors which received CPD accreditation and also accredited by CFOA (Chief Fire Officers Association).
In addition to the above, we offer comprehensive fire training solutions to suit your requirements including: –

Fire Awareness Training
Essential for all staff to attend offering a good level and knowledge of fire safety with an option of practical hands on fire extinguishers training, suitable a range of staff including Managers, team leaders and supervisors and all general staff.
Fire Warden/Marshal Training
Suitable for all staff but especially for those that are responsible for specific areas of work. Covering all aspects of fire safety including extinguishers training, also to assist in fire drills, evacuation and other fire safety duties within the working environment.
Fire Extinguisher Training
The aim of the course is for all staff including those responsible for fire safety to safely identify the correct medium and operate a range of extinguishers to extinguish a small fire and to ensure safe operation of other means of fire fighting equipment.
Advanced Fire Warden/Marshal Training
As per the fire Warden/Marshall course, will include looking at fire safety, hazard spotting and potential fire safety problems within the work place /office, which will involve practical assessments.
Residential Homes/Hospitals
This course is for all occupations within the workplace, specifically for evacuation procedures, entrapment procedures, internal fire drills and use of fire extinguishers.
Maintenance Operatives
An important and valuable course for all those who are responsible for all types of maintenance, to include fire doors and compartmentation. The use of fire extinguishers and other fire fighting methods including dry and wet risers.
Fire Safety and Drill Training Course
Specifically for those wishing to provide induction training within the working environment. Also those required to initiate fire drill training on a six monthly basis including fire evacuation measures.
Fire Safety Management Course
The course itself is specifically designed for supervisors to senior managers that has a responsibility for safety measures within the premises and buildings.
